Terms & Conditions
Last updated October 1, 2026.
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of travel planning, concierge, membership, group travel, and related services provided by Nanteyie (“Nanteyie,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By purchasing, booking, registering for, subscribing to, or otherwise using any Nanteyie service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
Nanteyie’s Role
Nanteyie provides travel planning, advisory, concierge, and coordination services. Depending on the service selected, we may assist with accommodations, transportation, flights, activities, tours, dining reservations, destination recommendations, travel documentation guidance, and other travel-related arrangements.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, Nanteyie acts as an intermediary between travelers and independent third-party travel suppliers, including airlines, hotels, transportation companies, tour operators, restaurants, activity providers, and other vendors.
Nanteyie does not own, operate, manage, or control these independent suppliers and is not responsible for their acts, omissions, policies, performance, or failure to provide services.
Third-Party Suppliers
All bookings made through or arranged with the assistance of Nanteyie may be subject to the separate terms, cancellation policies, refund policies, and conditions of the applicable third-party supplier.
By approving or purchasing a travel arrangement, you agree to be bound by the applicable supplier’s terms and conditions.
Nanteyie is not responsible for supplier-imposed changes, cancellations, delays, closures, overbookings, schedule changes, service interruptions, or other circumstances outside our direct control. When an issue arises, we will make reasonable efforts to assist you; however, refunds, credits, replacements, and other remedies offered by third-party suppliers remain subject to their individual policies.
Pricing & Availability
Travel pricing and availability may change at any time before a reservation or booking has been confirmed and paid.
Quotes, proposals, itineraries, and recommendations provided by Nanteyie do not guarantee availability or pricing unless expressly stated otherwise.
Changes in airfare, accommodation rates, taxes, exchange rates, government fees, supplier fees, or other travel costs may result in changes to the final trip price.
Nanteyie Service Fees
Nanteyie may charge planning fees, concierge fees, membership fees, trip registration deposits, or other service fees depending on the service selected.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, Nanteyie service and planning fees are non-refundable once services have commenced.
Payments made directly or indirectly to third-party travel suppliers are subject to the refund and cancellation policies of those suppliers.
Group Trips & Trip Deposits
Participation in a Nanteyie group trip may require a deposit to secure registration. Unless otherwise expressly stated, registration deposits are non-refundable and are applied toward the traveler’s total trip cost.
Registration is not considered complete until all required registration information, payments, and acknowledgments have been received.
Travelers are responsible for making all required payments according to their applicable payment schedule. Failure to make payments by the required deadlines may result in cancellation of the traveler’s reservation and forfeiture of amounts that are non-refundable or have already been committed to suppliers.
Trip inclusions, exclusions, payment schedules, cancellation terms, and other trip-specific conditions may be provided separately and will form part of the traveler’s agreement with Nanteyie.
Traveler Changes & Cancellations
Requests to modify or cancel travel arrangements must be submitted to Nanteyie as soon as possible. Changes are subject to availability and may result in additional supplier charges, fare differences, change fees, administrative costs, or other expenses.
Nanteyie cannot guarantee that requested modifications will be possible.
Any refund resulting from a traveler cancellation will be determined by the applicable Nanteyie policy and the policies of the third-party suppliers involved. Non-refundable payments, deposits, planning fees, or amounts already paid or committed to suppliers may not be recoverable.
Nanteyie Memberships
Nanteyie memberships provide access to the services and benefits associated with the membership tier selected at the time of enrollment.
Membership benefits are personal to the member and may not be transferred or shared unless Nanteyie expressly permits otherwise.
Membership benefits, service limits, and inclusions vary by tier. Members are responsible for reviewing the benefits associated with their selected membership before enrollment.
Membership fees are billed according to the monthly or annual billing option selected at enrollment.
Membership Cancellation Policy
Members must remain enrolled in the Nanteyie membership program for a minimum of 90 days.
To cancel a membership, the member must submit a cancellation request by email to info@nanteyie.org at least 30 days before the member’s next billing date.
Once a valid cancellation request has been received and processed, the membership will be scheduled for cancellation and no further membership charges will be made after the applicable notice period and final billing obligation.
Membership payments already processed are non-refundable, and Nanteyie does not provide prorated refunds or refunds for partially used billing periods.
During the required notice period and through the end of the applicable paid billing cycle, the member will continue to have access to the benefits associated with their membership.
Cancellation of a membership does not cancel, refund, or otherwise alter any separate travel bookings, trip payments, supplier reservations, or other services already purchased or arranged through Nanteyie.
Automatic Membership Billing
By enrolling in a recurring Nanteyie membership, you authorize Nanteyie and its payment processor to automatically charge the payment method provided according to the billing frequency selected at enrollment.
It is the member’s responsibility to maintain a valid payment method.
If a payment cannot be processed, membership benefits may be suspended until the outstanding payment has been resolved.
Passports, Visas & Entry Requirements
Travelers are solely responsible for ensuring that they possess valid passports, visas, permits, vaccinations, entry authorizations, and any other documents required for their destination, transit countries, and return journey.
Nanteyie may provide general guidance or assistance regarding visa and entry requirements; however, such assistance does not constitute legal or immigration advice.
Visa issuance and permission to enter a country are determined exclusively by the relevant government authorities. Nanteyie cannot guarantee visa approval, processing times, or entry into any destination.
Travelers are responsible for verifying requirements applicable to their nationality and individual circumstances before travel.
Travel Insurance
Nanteyie strongly recommends appropriate travel insurance and may require evidence of coverage for certain trips or services.
Where required under a Nanteyie trip policy, travelers must provide evidence of appropriate travel insurance or complete any acknowledgment or waiver documentation required by Nanteyie.
Travelers are responsible for reviewing their insurance policy and ensuring that the coverage is appropriate for their individual circumstances and planned activities.
Traveler Responsibilities
Travelers are responsible for reviewing all booking confirmations, names, dates, destinations, passport information, flight details, accommodation details, and other travel information provided to them.
Any errors or discrepancies should be reported to Nanteyie immediately.
Travelers are also responsible for arriving on time for flights, transfers, tours, activities, and other scheduled services and for complying with the rules and requirements of suppliers, destinations, governments, and local authorities.
Nanteyie is not responsible for losses or additional costs resulting from a traveler’s failure to comply with these responsibilities.
Itinerary Changes
Travel arrangements and itineraries may occasionally need to be modified due to weather, supplier availability, transportation disruptions, safety considerations, government restrictions, operational requirements, or other circumstances.
Nanteyie reserves the right to make reasonable substitutions or modifications where necessary.
Where possible, we will attempt to provide an alternative of comparable value or experience, but exact substitutions cannot be guaranteed.
Travel Disruptions & Events Outside Our Control
Nanteyie is not responsible for delays, cancellations, losses, additional expenses, or failure to perform caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.
These circumstances may include, but are not limited to, severe weather, natural disasters, flight cancellations or delays, strikes, civil unrest, political instability, war, terrorism, epidemics or pandemics, government actions, border closures, supplier failures, transportation disruptions, or other force majeure events.
Nanteyie will make reasonable efforts to assist affected travelers, but any additional costs arising from these circumstances remain the traveler’s responsibility unless otherwise covered by a supplier, insurer, or applicable agreement.
Medical & Personal Circumstances
Travelers are responsible for determining whether they are medically and physically capable of participating in their planned travel activities.
Nanteyie is not a medical provider and cannot assess whether a destination, activity, or itinerary is appropriate for a traveler’s individual health circumstances.
Any accessibility, dietary, mobility, or other relevant requirements should be disclosed before booking so that reasonable requests can be communicated to suppliers. Fulfillment of special requests cannot be guaranteed.
Conduct
Nanteyie reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate services where a traveler or member engages in abusive, threatening, fraudulent, discriminatory, dangerous, or inappropriate conduct toward Nanteyie staff, contractors, suppliers, partners, or other travelers.
Services may also be suspended or terminated for non-payment or material violation of these Terms.
Accuracy of Information
Nanteyie makes reasonable efforts to provide accurate and current travel information. However, travel requirements, pricing, operating hours, supplier policies, destination conditions, and government regulations may change without notice.
Travelers remain responsible for verifying important travel requirements and information before departure.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Nanteyie will not be liable for losses, damages, injuries, delays, cancellations, additional expenses, or other claims resulting from the acts or omissions of independent third-party suppliers or circumstances outside Nanteyie’s reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
Intellectual Property
Travel itineraries, guides, recommendations, planning materials, digital resources, graphics, documents, and other materials created by Nanteyie remain the intellectual property of Nanteyie unless otherwise stated.
These materials are provided for the personal use of the client or member and may not be reproduced, resold, distributed, published, or used commercially without prior written permission from Nanteyie.
Privacy & Personal Information
Nanteyie may collect and process personal information necessary to provide travel services, including information that may need to be shared with airlines, hotels, tour operators, payment processors, and other service providers involved in fulfilling a traveler’s arrangements.
Clients are responsible for ensuring that information submitted to Nanteyie is complete and accurate.
Updates to These Terms
Nanteyie may update these Terms & Conditions periodically to reflect changes to our services, policies, business practices, or legal requirements.
The version applicable to a particular transaction or service will be determined in accordance with applicable law and any terms communicated at the time of purchase or booking.
