Bookings & Itinerary

After we receive your completed form, we’ll proceed with making your bookings as outlined. You’ll then receive your detailed itinerary, including accommodations, activities, and travel tips to help you prepare for your journey.

Trip Briefing

About two months before departure, we’ll host a live Zoom briefing to walk through your trip in detail, answer questions, and ensure you're fully prepared and confident for the adventure ahead.
