At Nanteyie, all bookings are confirmed upon full payment and are subject to the following cancellation terms. Due to the nature of group travel and the advance commitments we make to our partners, all payments are non-transferable and subject to our strict refund policy. Cancellations made 90 days or more before the trip start date are eligible for a 50% refund. Cancellations made 60 to 89 days prior are eligible for a 25% refund. Cancellations made less than 60 days before the trip start date are non-refundable. No refunds will be issued for missed activities, unused services, or no-shows under any circumstances. In the unlikely event that Nanteyie cancels a trip due to low enrollment, force majeure, or other unforeseen circumstances, guests will receive a full refund or may choose to apply the full amount paid as a credit toward a future trip. To safeguard your travel investment, we strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance that includes coverage for trip cancellations, delays, and medical emergencies.
